Educators

A good nursery needs excellent educators and a high-quality learning environment. We put emphasis on both.

Qualified, motivated, experienced staff members are key to the success of our work. We employ a mix of native German and English staff from a variety of educational backgrounds with various experiences, especially in bilingual education.

All new employees receive training to familiarise themselves with the Phorms concept and to keep our educational work at a consistently high level. In addition, our team regularly participates in internal and external training courses.
